My glasses lost a screw and need adjustments. Do I need an appointment and how much will it cost?
Adjustments, screws, nose pads, etc. are all part of the service we provide our patients at no additional cost. Stop by any time we're open for these services since you don't need an appointment.
What's the best way to clean my glasses?
Two things adhere to lenses - dust and grease. Soapy water (without lotion) will dissolve both. Always dry your glasses with a clean soft cotton cloth - never use paper products. They contain wood pulp and may scratch your lenses.
Do you put prescriptions into sunglasses?
Yes, we can put your prescription into sunglasses. We offer a wide variety of sunglasses in different price ranges. We carry Rudy Project, Polaroid, Calvin Klein and more.
Can I purchase a warranty for my frames?
No. You can not purchase a warranty for your frames, however our frames do come with a manufacturer warranty. This covers any manufacturer defects for one year. This does not include accidental damage or breakage of the frames.
Do you carry a selection of frames to choose from?
We have lots of different styles and types of frames for men, women and children. All available in a variety of colors for an up to date, fashionable look. We do not carry any discounted frames so that we may better service any product concerns. We also order most frames if you don't find something in our optical that you like. Our guess is you will have no problem finding a style that fits you though!
Can you make my lenses at your office?
Yes, we can cut your lenses in our office. Our in-house lab allows us to significantly reduce the time it takes to get new glasses, often taking less than a week. We will custom order your lenses for you and when they arrive to our office it usually takes about 1 hour to cut the lenses to fit into your frame. An appointment is not necessary.
